Her field positions have included Sales Vice President, Director of Business Solutions, Estate & Business Planning Consultant and Associate General Agent. Throughout her career, Heather has received awards and recognition for outstanding performance.\n \nHeather has served on industry and community Boards and Committees. She has spoken at national and local conferences. Her area of expertise is the advanced life insurance marketplace. This includes, but is not limited to, advanced estate planning, business succession planning and key person compensation planning.\n \nMs. Kelly has also been recognized by Athena International as their first recipient of The Young  Professional Award in 2007 for her leadership, professional excellence and improving the  quality of life for others in the community.\n \nMs. Kelly received the following designations: • Health Insurance Associate (HIA) designation from the Health Insurance  A i i f Ai Association of America; • Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation from The American College; • Managed Health Professional (MHP) designation from the Health Insurance  Association of America;  • Charted Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from The American College.
