We will speak about cross border tax implications of various asset structures including the impact of foreign tax credits, the foreign tax credit limitation rules and the recent foreign tax credit regulations. We will also address some of the key challenges of US high net worth Individuals living overseas.\n \nSpeaker Chaya Siegfried, CPA, MST, is a Lead Partner in the International Tax Services Group at Withum.
