Elaine’s practice is dedicated exclusively to sophisticated estate planning, estate and trust administration and fiduciary litigation. Elaine has extensive experience in implementing advanced wealth preservation techniques, transfer tax planning and business succession planning, as well as representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in complex and disputed estate and trust administration matters.
