DESCRIPTION:\nLauren Benenati, CFP®\n Director of Family Education \nLauren Benenati joined GenSpring in 2011 and is the Director of Family Education. In this role, Lauren is responsible for developing and delivering effective learning through a variety of education programs. These educational opportunities are focused on preparing next generation family members for various roles and transitions that occur over a lifetime. She works one-on-one with family members and also participates in multi-generational family meetings on a broad array of topics such as financial education, family communication and career development. \nPrior to joining GenSpring, Lauren worked in the investment banking industry as a Human Resources Generalist at Barclays Capital in New York City.\n   \nLauren holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional, certified administrator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Murphy-Meisgeier Type Indicator for Children (MMTIC).
