Brown is counsel in the West Palm Beach office of Kaye Scholer LLP, where he practices in the areas of wills and trusts, probate administration, and sophisticated estate and income tax planning.  Mr. Brown is board certified as a specialist in two areas of law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.  He is board certified in Wills, Trust & Estates, and he is also board certified as an expert in Tax Law.  Mr. Brown is a member of the Executive Council of the Tax Section of The Florida Bar (Director of the Section Administration Division), Director of the East Coast Estate Planning Council, and Past President of the Palm Beach Tax Institute.  He has frequently lectured and authored articles on probate and estate planning matters.  Mr. Brown is designated as a certified public accountant in Florida.  He earned his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree from Duke University School of Law.\n \n\nPalm Beach County Estate Planning Council Roundtable Meetings are for 2015-16 Paid Council members only.  The Roundtables are sponsored by Comerica Wealth Management.\n                                   \n
