Tasha Dickinson, a firm board member and shareholder, is a Florida Bar Board Certified Wills,
Trusts and Estates Lawyer, a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel
(ACTEC), and is admitted to practice in both Florida and North Carolina. She is the
Past-President of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (State of Florida, 2009-2010)
and a past Co-Chair and Member of The Florida Bar Probate Rules Committee
(2006-2012). She is past-Chair of Wills, Trusts and Estates Certification Committee of The Florida Bar and remains on that committee as a member, and she sits on the Executive Council for the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar (Co-Vice Chair of the Estate and Tax Planning Committee and Vice Chair of the Professionalism and Ethics Committee). She also serves as Co-Vice Chair of the Emotional and Psychological Issues Committee of the Non-Tax Estate Planning Group of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association.

Ms. Dickinson was named among the "Best and Brightest" 2010 by the Lupus Foundation of America, SE Florida Chapter and has been listed as a Leader in Law by the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She has been recognized as one of the Top Lawyers in South Florida by the South Florida Legal Guide, is listed as one of Florida Trend Magazine's "Legal Elite“, and is listed as a Super Lawyer by Law and Politics Florida Super Lawyers Magazine.

Michael P. Stafford, Counsel at Farrell Fritz, P.C., in New York, is a member of
the New York and Florida Bars. He concentrates his practice in Estate Planning and
Administration, and Commercial Real Estate.

Mr. Stafford is a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education (CLE) courses in
both New York and Florida. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1976, and has been
very active over the years in Florida Bar activities. He served five years as a member of
the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar, the only New York lawyer ever to serve in
this role. He also served two years as a member of the Board’s 11-lawyer Executive
Committee, and was Chairman of the Long Range Planning Committee of The Florida
Bar.

Mr. Stafford also served four years on the Board of Directors of the Florida Bar
Foundation. In July 2002, he was appointed by the President of The Florida Bar as a
member of the Bar’s Standing Committee on Professionalism.
Mr. Stafford currently serves on The Florida Bar Probate Rules Committee, and
has been a member of the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust
Law Section of The Florida Bar (RPPTL) for more than 20 years.
Prior to practicing law on a full-time basis, Mr. Stafford worked in journalism,
public relations, and politics. He was a sportswriter and later a political reporter and
editor for United Press International (UPI) in New York. He was the Sports Information
Director at St. Johns University, his alma mater. Mr. Stafford’s political involvement
includes Executive Assistant to New York State Senator John R. Dunne, and Director of
Communications for Judge Charles D. Breitel’s successful campaign for Chief Judge of
New York State. He held the same position for Governor Malcolm Wilson’s campaign.
Mr. Stafford also served as a Public Relations Consultant to numerous high-profile
corporate clients.
